Are the Flynn Court documents on Sidney Powell's website new?

I'm curious as to how new that website / those documents is / are. They may have been out there this entire time IDK, but some of them reference the Senate/House transcripts that were just redacted and made public.

Powell is clearly dropping Q ear-worms and plugging her website. The website has a pic with her, Flynn, and a storm. The documents outline how he was railroaded. No need to speculate… just have be steadfast enough to read the legal jargon.
