Just seeing regular merchant traffic so far. SAR vessel NAJI 10 last reported herself inport, Jask over 8 hours ago. I came up with a listing for a "JIHAD KONARAK" as a Suction Dredger Pontoon vessel. There is a marina named Konarak in Iran. Only other listing is as a former name, the 1972 built vessel became YUE YANG and is listed as "Decommissioned or Lost"
Jask is at UTC +4.5 as far as Local Time. Might have been targeting just be radar. Misidentification of a target vessel or failure to check switches and accidental discharge?
