This image clearly displays redacted text, which I think we can safely relate to the recent dump. I'm not sure what's said to the left of it, but the big bars themselves are obviously in paragraph style and meant to represent a redacted testimony.
Anons, one of those redacted testimonies has them panicking. Which one is it? Ghidra-level capabilities may unlock redacted portions.
