LAWFAGS: Do I have any Constitutional or other rights to not wear a mask at the grocery store?
I see an unsettling trend happening and spreading where they are starting to require you to wear a mask at the grocery store. First it was the corporate stores like Amazon/Whole Foods and now at my local co-op all the employees are required to wear a mask (when they weren't last week) because someone at another co-op tested positive.
I absolutely refuse to wear masks for many reasons. I understand privately owned businesses can do as they choose but I am a member-owner of the co-op and food is a fundamental necessity. So are my rights. I am sovereign free will agent.
Is there any legal recourse I can refer to to maintain my rights not to wear a mask even if a store makes it their "policy".?
Thank you!
