Each one adds to the list.
Each coup-plotters name is connected to the others.
Culpability cannot be escaped, no way to un-link in the public's eyes.
It snowballs into an AVALANCHE that is unstoppable.
No matter how kindly or politely it is stated, or what good advice is given to help those actually work, it will be ignored, and even more will be made. It's unfortunate because some are good ideas and if done a little better could be used to good effect.
