With regard to seaman, i remember he hyped already once before. He was hoping around christmas that there will be disclosure and when it didnt happen he started bashing Q. I think he reads smth and believes it has to happen now, then gets disappointed. Idk, he truly wants things to be in the open then gets emotional. Like him or not he is someone who gets his ups and downs and takes his followers with him.
