When an article says that "the NSA intercepted at least some of the messages sent by Seth Rich to Wikileaks," it seems to be trying to implicate the NSA in Rich's murder.

But at this point I'm more likely to conclude that Wikileaks itself was and is a bad actor and turned over Seth Rich's identity to the Cabal, who had him murdered.

That would make Wikileaks a "honey pot."

Makes sense the Cabal would have a fake high-profile global "whistle-blowing" operation, like Wikileaks, in order to reveal REAL whistleblowers and have them "silenced."

Given [Snowden] worked so hard to destroy the NSA, I am less inclined to thinkt hat the NSA was working against us, but rather was working for us. And given what we know of thesurveillance powers, of course they could have intercepted Rich's communications, but NSA could still have been working for good. We have it all, remember.

If this scenario is correct, it would suggest that Wikileaks itself may have been hacked (by white hats) when all the Podesta emails were "dropped." So Wikileaks never actually meant to release that information at all.
