Since posting the video on Tuesday, 5/5/20, the command initially supported him. 3 hours later he was directed to remove the video by his command. He questioned the order. Order came from higher up. He refused to take the video down.

He stood by his convictions. Dad, 3 kids.

3 hours later. He got called again, directed to take down the video and accept a written reprimand, or else things will get worse.

If video not take down, allegations will be made against him.

Violating SM policy, equipment may have been identifiable, procedures not followed…

3 hours later, Chief of Police calls. "You cannot openly defy the Governor of the State of Washington and be a police officer."

He replies, requests from mayors and governors don't supercede the Constitution.

He's now on Admin Leave for Insubordination, refusing to follow a direct order and is pending termination.
