I see the sponsors. I doubt the full appropriations will actually go into this "program" and I have no doubt the virus is no more than a pretext.
I was active duty when the DNA collection of service members began. I recall very well when my spouse informed me the DNA of our newly-born child was taken without consent by neither her nor myself. I saw the "oh aint it great I found where I'm from" 23 and Me commercials.
The question that remains is how many locations are there to store this in case I "aim to misbehave"
