Go to 7-11/target/walmart/upscale gas station/grocery store/cvs etc
Get a cheap ass prepaid phone- the cheapest one they got that can connect to social media
Use that phone for one purpose and one purpose only.
Use that phone to set up an email address.
Use that email address and your phone number to register for Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc.
Only use social media on that phone.
Don't ever connect it to wifi.
Only cellular data.
It should only cost you around 20 a month if you're a heavy user.
Guess what?
Now you can fight in this war you've always known was being waged against you.
Sometimes, if you want results, you gotta go out there and get them yourself.
