Here is what this anon did:
Used fake info (obvious).
Burner email.
Specific browser only for social media nothing else.
Use browsers with completely different code base for everything else.
VPN.
Turn off all collection and location in settings possible.
When possible use fake phone number. Google voice used to work for verifying, but doesn't last time tried. Other options out there.
