I hope not but these notions are not that far-fetched, based on technology that anon knows about. (And belief that WW military technology is MORE than 20 years beyond anything revealed to civilians.)

No. If a scalar beam can disable electrical devices (which I believe it could), then anything with a motor or pump is vulnerable (fuel pump? valve? aircraft engine? ignition? controllers to the aviation control surfaces?) Never mind semiconductor components. Is there shielding available for it? Anon does not know for sure. Anon is speculating, a bit out on a limb.
