Rufus was pulled from the Air Force and trained by the CIA many years ago. He did very high level movements of money, assets. His specialty is bonds. Only 7 other men operate at the level he did in the entire world. He told me once about a $500 Billion bond deal he did for the Vatican. Rufus was well connected into the U.S. Treasury. This is a man that saw a lot of crazy shady crap and couldn’t take it. He walked away. Years later he showed back up to expose their evils. He did that with Conversion Solutions Inc which merged with publicly traded Fronthaul - Sept 2006.

He exposed fake bonds were being used to run pump and dump scams resulting in $200 million in shareholder loses in one company. Bonds were of overseas ownership.

He told me once this is where CIA black funding comes from. Keep in mind this happens in 10000s of companies daily. This was just one company, setup to trap the corruption at even step of the way.

Besides bad actors within the publicly traded company. Rufus exposed The Federal Reserve, DTCC, Cede and Co, 12th District Federal Court of Northern Georgia, The Securities Exchange Commission, DOJ under Sally Yates, FBI - lying agent Brian Harvey and so much more. The perfect storm. Documented proof of extreme corruption in our financial markets and a 100% coverup of the agencies responsible for oversight. Rufus was tried by these bastards in a very manipulative case ran by prosecutor Justin Asand, who hid all exculpitory evidence and ran a very dirty case. Rufus is now on year 6 of a 23 year federal prison sentence.
