Sabotage a chemtrail plane. Get the media to the area where it's going to crash. Let them take pictures of the insides of the crashed chemtrail plane.
Any seemingly random crashes in the military are probably cabal attacks (no coincidences).

Money is rarely the solution to any governmental problem.
They have multiple ways to take out craft and vehicles. Most don't involve energy weapons. For example, they can sabotage parts at the manufacturer and trigger them whenever they want.
I think there's kind of a nuclear standoff going on (aside from the actual nukes). Remember Q saying that they were prepared to do the unthinkable if Hillary was elected? If they killed Trump, they'd probably do whatever that unthinkable thing is.
