You're too focused on yourself and the only cure for that is to focus on someone else.
As far as women, let me clue you in on something: get so wrapped up in helping other people that you forget about snagging and shagging.
Here's why: women can't stand it when you ignore them. Don't bother looking for a woman, several will find you. Choose one, treat it seriously (every relationship is a leap of faith) and I'll see you in about 20 years when your first grandkid shows up.
