2 aspects:
1) cabal is feeling the same way right now, we're all feeling it, picking up on it, don't let their despair affect you.
2) cabal has all kinds of high tech, HAARP, cell towers, GWEN, much more, plus all the broadcast subliminals etc. even the latest antidepressant commercials are creepy and insinuating and they have it all turned up to eleven today
was feeling this on my walk this evening, very strongly, but knew it wasn't mine.
