Last week Pelosi referred to this as the "Paycheck Guarantee Act." All the talk is within the Democrat Caucus. There is no specific bill. Once the Democrat Caucus finalize their details, likely the bill will be an amendment to an old inactive appropriations bill sitting in the Senate (inactive bills such as HR 268 or HR 2740).
Senate will introduce the amendment and vote and a second amendment to change the bill title. When returned to the House, members only vote on approving the amendments. At this late date, some may capitulate and vote yea regardless of content.
