Color code for the background color has specific forced value.

I honestly see a lot of that particular color anon. I noticed it the first time around Q posted this image, as the background is not black.
Actually, at that time what sicks out is the #121212 equivalent for HSL which is 0,0,17
But you do bring a good indirect point to the surface; How many times a particular color is actually shown in that 728 x 410 image (1.7756 AR) consisting of 298,480 pixels.
I will search for an image analyzer that gives such pixel level detail to supplement my theory on Q dropping us a Color Coded image.
Please don't resist my idea. kek
