That email is a love note from a Clinton admirer praising her for holding the world together. It also suggests Clinton should reread the last chapters of the 1997 book "The Fourth Turning" by William Strauss and Neil Howe. Those chapters talk about an upcoming period of destruction and crisis in the circular history of mankind. It suggests many actions that nations/societies and individuals should undertake before and during that "fourth turning". What seems odd is that Clinton, Obama, Dems in general followed and are following a path nearly the opposite of those recommended steps.
I found the post proposing a connection between Q jpeg names and wikileak file names by doing a Duck Duck Go search of "66b731b597329bb8dc5ba412784d54e4fd5f69fa8f221c78d6d686405cf464b1". Did not save that post and cannot reproduce the search results, so I can't provide sauce. Dummy, I am.
