Simply put…if Flynn becomes National Security Advisor, begins auditing the intelligence community, state department, and DOJ for security reasons, then Rice and all her cronies will wind up in Gitmo. That's her logic.

The key to this is understanding that surveillance of political enemies did NOT begin with Trump and the Trump campaign. The secret they're trying to hide is they've been doing it for many years, and to many of their political opponents. (See Q's references to Ted Cruz: FISA is the START)
