O.K. Ron, I'm done with the red text. It's not only annoying it detracts from the dialogue. Of course it draws your eye, mostly to worthless or shill posts clamoring for our attention and slowing down the board.

It detracts from the egalitarian anonymous nature of the board in that it reduces the chance of real content to be seen and discussed.

Yeah, feel your pain. I think I just lost a friend recently when I told him I thought this was the biggest hoax in the history of the world and followed it up with an email of easily sourced "proofs".
