Lamar Alexander is a tool for HCA. He has made ridiculous amounts of money for his 'foundation' from pushing policies to enrich his cronies.

His retirement can not come quick enough.

Don't get me wrong, HCA does great work and provides many jobs but it shouldn't be the result of having a senior U.S. Senator in their pocket.

I just want to make sure I am not misunderstood by anyone with an aliment…

An illness or disease shouldn't be a preventative to run for public office (except for Alzheimer or dementia) but should be disclosed. Other anons have additional aliments that might be disqualifying?

The positions any member of Congress can gain access/influence are too important to national security to not have complete transparency.

Agreed, but the rules are made by the HHS Secretary…

>HIPAA required the Secretary to issue privacy regulations governing individually identifiable health information, if Congress did not enact privacy legislation within three years of the passage of HIPAA. Because Congress did not enact privacy legislation, HHS developed a proposed rule and released it for public comment on November 3, 1999. The Department received over 52,000 public comments. The final regulation, the Privacy Rule, was published December 28, 2000.

Anyone else see Sen. Pat Roberts is wearing latex gloves while on a video chat?

Any of his staff lurking here, you should know what to do now that it has been noticed….
