Dershowitz makes the only point needed in today's oral arguments regarding Trump's tax return. These questions from the Justices are nothing more than blocking the elephant from being seen by placing a peanut in front of it.

Deciding to all Congress to go on a witch hunt under guise of oversight means at any time each of those Justices allow it for themselves. They can be targetted and removed from the bench.
