Texas loves you but do not come here with lefty ideas. Austin is so full that the leftyies (from California mind you) tell people dont move to Austin.
Yeah there is no ioincome tax in Texas, but the state has a way of making up for it in much higher fees, sales tax, and the property taxes will make you swoon.
Rent is actually high in Texas, and housing is on par with Atlanta or Chicago.
Like anyplace else, you better know what part of town you are in. There are sections of Dallas where people do not speak English and in wealthy McKinney/Frisco there are places where people will slice your throat open.
Plano has a huge muslim population.
They are missing the SPLC and JDL now.
They need a Chink too, and someone from black lives matter to round it all out. But they are lacking diversity of thought 1) white christian people who are not wealthy and not immgirants
My taxes are through the roof because I got a place in a rural area in 93 and since then the sprawl has flowed around me. When I first got here to Dallas, the rent was stupid expensive.
People relocating for job opportunities typically will not find those opportunities to be in rural areas. It's sad but true.
Technically I'm not from dallas and I hate it too.
I'd say teh same thingk about atlanta drivers (stupid) and Boston drivers (insane)
As far as fat people, it's too fucking hot to go outside from May to October. You are in a plains state, all there is is malls, restaurants, and bars. The major sports activity here is gold. There so many gold courses, but I dont have the money to do that. That said, if you are ever in Atlanta take MARTA. As fat as Dallas is, Mississippi is fatter.
Now for LA I have never seen so many weirdos and plastic and fake stuck up people in my entire life. Also the entire place is gridlocked and full of spicks. Like Dallas, it's just sprawl, but a better climate.
