Anons, not a lawfag but to muh mind this is a VERY UNUSUAL legal maneuver by Judge Sullivan. Normally, when prosecution files a motion to dismiss their case, Judge grants it and case is dismissed. Anything that prolongs the time before dismissal is really unusual.>>9147768
