Sullivan

The Sinineng-Smith decision is irrelevant to the Flynn case. That case was before a "court of appeals" while the Flynn matter is a "trial court" case. This make all the difference in the World. Sullivan likens himself to be an "appeals court" judge instead of the trial court judge he is. He is duty bound to grant the DoJ's motion to dismiss as it is impossible to force a prosecution to prosecute a case which it has determined not to. Sullivan's order would have made him a laughing stock if it wasn't obvious to the World that he has been pressured to issue such a ridiculous and absurd decision.

The FBI should immediately begin an investigation into who has pressured Sullivan to issue such a decision, find and arrest the suspect(s) and charge them with threatening a federal district court judge. It is obvious that the Deep State is attempting to create a "constitutional crisis" where none could possibly exist.

This lawfag was admitted to the D.C. Bar over 30 years ago FWIW.

One only has to read the first four pages of the infamous "missing 28 pages" of the 9/11 Commission Report which were declassified (w/ redactions) and released in 2016 to find Saudi Prince "Bandar Bush" and his number of direct relationships with the alleged high-jackers.

BTW, the last we heard of Bandar Bush was when he was arrested and detained along with the other Princes and Saudi oligarchs during Crown Prince MBS's commenced on November 4, 2017. Last reports were that Bandar's health took a turn for the worse during his detention and then he suddenly disappeared. But Bandar Bush has disappeared before, however.

What are you on about?? Sullivan with all his "muh amicus curiae" cannot force the DoJ to prosecute a case it decides not to. [They] are desperate and are trying to use puppet Sullivan to spark a constitutional crisis. Ain't ever gonna happen. They are just trying to delay the pain.

this is a juicy thread on Sullivan, anons. Seems like someone in the know has been goading Sullivan to "do the right thing" despite the pressure from the Clintons, Soros (and his new job offer) and that Elijah Cummings helped get Sullivan's son out of a legal jam. Much moar to dig.
