Judge Emmet G. Sullivan made a dirty, political move on Tuesday that will delay justice for General Mike Flynn.

It was revealed on Tuesday that Judge Emmet Sullivan was soliciting amicus briefs to allow for public comment on Flynn’s case.

This is a highly unusual, purely political move aimed at dragging out Flynn’s case.

It is important to note that Judge Sullivan in his order gave full discretion on which amicus briefs to approve to himself, which means he may likely approve ones critical to AG Bill Barr and General Flynn.

Flynn’s attorney Sidney Powell on Tuesday evening hit back at Judge Sullivan, citing Sullivan’s track record and AG Eric Holder, “..proposed amicus brief has no place in this Court….It is no accident that amicus briefs are excluded in criminal cases.. this Court, on 24 specific occasions has rejected all prior attempts..to intervene”

“No further delay should be tolerated or any further expense caused to him and his defense.” Powell said in her motion to deny notice of intent to file motion for leave to file amicus brief.

The Justice Department dropped its case against General Mike Flynn last Thursday after bombshell documents released proved he was framed by Comey’s FBI.

Instead closing the case, Judge Sullivan is giving Russian collusion hoaxers another opportunity to smear Barr and Flynn.

A group referring to itself as “Watergate Prosecutors” on Monday filed a brief opposing the DOJ’s dismissal of Flynn’s case.

These are the kinds of Trump-hating, Russian collusion conspiracy theorists Judge Sullivan is allowing to continue to attack General Flynn after it was already proved the FBI framed him!

Britain to extend government furlough scheme till end of October

UK Chancellor Rishi Sunak said that the scheme to pay wages of workers placed on leave because of the Covid-19 pandemic will be extended by four months.

Sunak confirmed that employees on leave will continue to receive 80 percent of their monthly wages up to £2,500 ($3,090).

The official said that the scheme will remain without any changes until the end of July, but sometime in the future employers will “start sharing the cost with the government of paying people's salaries.”

Sunak cited data saying that the job retention scheme has protected 7.5 million workers and nearly one million businesses across the country.

Set up in April, the job retention scheme allows employers to apply for grants to partially cover the wages of any employees they had to furlough because their businesses have been closed due to the nationwide lockdown.

Over the weekend, Prime Minister Boris Johnson proposed a gradual plan to relax quarantine restrictions, expressing hope that some primary schools could be reopened by June 1. A five-level ‘Covid Alert System’ was introduced to inform citizens about the varying degrees of restrictions in different areas.

Britain has had over 224,330 confirmed Covid-19 cases since the start of the outbreak, according to Johns Hopkins University, and nearly 32,150 people have died.

Celiac Disease Linked to Common Chemical Pollutants

Elevated blood levels of toxic chemicals found in pesticides, nonstick cookware, and fire retardants have been tied to an increased risk for celiac disease in young people, new research shows.

According to NYU Grossman School of Medicine researchers who led the study, people with the immune disorder have severe gut reactions, including diarrhea and bloating, to foods containing gluten, a protein found in wheat, rye and barley. The only treatment is a gluten-free diet, with no bread, pasta, or cake, says lead investigator and doctoral student Abigail Gaylord, MPH.

Reporting in the journal Environmental Research online May 12, the NYU Langone team found that children and young adults with high blood levels of pesticides — and with high levels of pesticide-related chemicals called dichlorodiphenyldichlorethylenes (DDEs) — were twice as likely to be newly diagnosed with celiac disease as those without high levels.

The study also found that gender differences existed for celiac disease related to toxic exposures. For females, who make up the majority of celiac cases, higher-than-normal pesticide exposure meant they were at least eight times more likely to become gluten intolerant. Young females with elevated levels of nonstick chemicals, known as perflouoroalkyls, or PFAs, including products like Teflon, were five to nine times more likely to have celiac disease.

Young males, on the other hand, were twice as likely to be diagnosed with the disease if they had elevated blood levels of fire-retardant chemicals, polybrominated diphenyl ethers, or PBDEs.

Study co-investigator and health epidemiologist Leonardo Trasande, MD, MPP, the Jim G. Hendrick, MD Professor at NYU Langone, says further studies are needed to demonstrate that these toxic chemicals are a direct cause of celiac disease. But he noted that all are known to disrupt animal and human hormone levels, which are key to controlling both sexual development and immune defenses against infection.

Previous research has suggested that the origins of celiac disease, which afflicts one in 100 adults worldwide, were largely genetic and passed down from parents to offspring. Trasande, who also serves as chief of environmental pediatrics in the Department of Pediatrics at NYU Langone, and his colleagues wanted to investigate whether a link existed between environmental exposure to toxins and risk for a particular immune disorder directly affected by hormone levels, such as celiac disease.

“Our study establishes the first measureable tie-in between environmental exposure to toxic chemicals and celiac disease,” says senior study investigator and pediatric gastroenterologist Jeremiah Levine, MD. “These results also raise the question of whether there are potential links between these chemicals and other autoimmune bowel diseases, which all warrant close monitoring and further study,” says Levine, a professor in the Department of Pediatrics at NYU Langone.

Trasande says that if further studies show similar connections, such results could serve as evidence that the basis or underlying cause for many of these autoimmune disorders may not just be genetic, but also environmental.

For the study, researchers analyzed levels of toxic chemicals in the blood of 30 children and young adults, ages 3 to 21, who were newly diagnosed with celiac disease at NYU Langone Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital. Test results were compared with those from 60 other young people of similar age, gender, and race. People with genes HLA-DQ2 and HLA-DQ8 are known to be at greater risk of being diagnosed with celiac disease. Other symptoms of celiac disease include diarrhea, fatigue, and anemia.

Child’s Play ‘Lost’ in COVID-19 Pandemic Fear

Social and community disruptions caused by the COVID-19 restrictions could have a lasting effect on child wellbeing, Flinders University researchers warn.

While health, safety and education responses are the focus of restrictions, the needs of childhood independence, self-determination and play are less acknowledged, Flinders University experts explain in a new publication.

“Play is a key aspect of children’s wellbeing from their perspectives,” says lead author Jennifer Fane. “The closure of playgrounds, schools and the fear and worry associated with being in public spaces has likely had significant impacts on children during this time.

“As children return to school, and life starts to resume as it did pre-COVID-19, focus and attention to children’s opportunities for play – and their ability to exercise reasonable ‘agency’ during this time of significant transition – are two key aspects that can support their wellbeing during this difficult time.”

While everyone’s freedoms have been impacted by COVID-19 pandemic, children’s agency, or ability to make choices and decisions within adult-imposed constraints, has never been more apparent.

“Young children interviewed in the study told us of the importance to their lives of trying new things and having a say about play,” says Flinders Professor of Public Health Colin MacDougall, a co-author on the Child Indicators Research paper.

“As the world takes baby steps to ease these life-saving restrictions, and move into an uncertain future, we must take the time to think about very young children.

“This research can be used to help chart a course for the multiple transitions these children are undergoing.”

Ms Fane, whose PhD at Flinders focused on communicating with preschoolers, says these perspectives can support child wellbeing in future, including as government restrictions on people’s boundaries affects where children play and how much they can have a say.

Throughout its report, the DFRLab fails to provide a single example of any association between the two entities, providing zero evidence.

Let’s take a closer look at the DFRLab’s published “report”. As we have already pointed out, in order to label SouthFront as official Russian propaganda, NATO propagandists first identify another media site with a similar name, and then proceed to emphasize the similarity of the two brands.

The name of this organization is “News Front”, which indeed shares the word “Front” in its name, yet the similarities end there. News Front is an official Russian organization that is located in Crimea and publicly pursues an acute pro-Russian patriotic informational agenda for a Russian speaking audience.

During the entire article, DFRLab proceeds to regularly put the SouthFront name next to that of News Front, as if in a crime witness line-up, and yet 90% of the text is dedicated to News Front. The first 12 paragraphs are dedicated to an overview of open data about the founders and editors of News Front. In order to paint a picture of the supposed malign behavior of News Front, the DFLab authors added to the report such names as RT, Sputniknews, Mehr, Press TV. In other words, media sites whose affiliation with state governments is a declared matter of public record.

SouthFront is only sparingly mentioned during this entire segment. For example, the authors added a single screenshot of the deleted Facebook page of SouthFront claiming that “Most of the assets that DFRLab had access to did not hide their connection to South Front or News Front.”

The Worst Is Yet to Come: Contact Tracing, Immunity Cards and Mass Testing

No one is safe.

No one is immune.

No one gets spared the anguish, fear and heartache of living under the shadow of an authoritarian police state.

That’s the message being broadcast 24/7 with every new piece of government propaganda, every new law that criminalizes otherwise lawful activity, every new policeman on the beat, every new surveillance camera casting a watchful eye, every sensationalist news story that titillates and distracts, every new prison or detention center built to house troublemakers and other undesirables, every new court ruling that gives government agents a green light to strip and steal and rape and ravage the citizenry, every school that opts to indoctrinate rather than educate, and every new justification for why Americans should comply with the government’s attempts to trample the Constitution underfoot

Yes, COVID-19 has taken a significant toll on the nation emotionally, physically, and economically, but there are still greater dangers on the horizon.

As long as “we the people” continue to allow the government to trample our rights in the so-called name of national security, things will get worse, not better.

It’s already worse.

Now there’s talk of mass testing for COVID-19 antibodies, screening checkpoints, contact tracing, immunity passports to allow those who have recovered from the virus to move around more freely, and snitch tip lines for reporting “rule breakers” to the authorities.

If you can’t read the writing on the wall, you need to pay better attention.

These may seem like small, necessary steps in the war against the COVID-19 virus, but they’re only necessary to the police state in its efforts to further undermine the Constitution, extend its control over the populace, and feed its insatiable appetite for ever-greater powers.

Nothing is ever as simple as the government claims it is.

Whatever dangerous practices you allow the government to carry out now—whether it’s in the name of national security or protecting America’s borders or making America healthy again—rest assured, these same practices can and will be used against you when the government decides to set its sights on you.

The war on drugs turned out to be a war on the American people, waged with SWAT teams and militarized police.

The war on terror turned out to be a war on the American people, waged with warrantless surveillance and indefinite detention.

The war on immigration turned out to be a war on the American people, waged with roving government agents demanding “papers, please.”

This war on COVID-19 will be yet another war on the American people, waged with all of the surveillance weaponry at the government’s disposal: thermal imaging cameras, drones, contact tracing, biometric databases, etc.

So you see, when you talk about empowering government agents to screen the populace in order to control and prevent spread of this virus, what you’re really talking about is creating a society in which ID cards, round ups, checkpoints and detention centers become routine weapons used by the government to control and suppress the populace, no matter the threat.

This is also how you pave the way for a national identification system of epic proportions.

Imagine it: a national classification system that not only categorizes you according to your health status but also allows the government to sort you in a hundred other ways: by gender, orientation, wealth, medical condition, religious beliefs, political viewpoint, legal status, etc.

Are you starting to get the bigger picture yet?

This is just another wolf in sheep’s clothing, a “show me your papers” scheme disguised as a means of fighting a virus.

The pair are on a mission to deliver connectivity as quickly as possible in disaster-stricken areas, and according to a blog post announcing the partnership, Loon CEO Alastair Westgarth said that AT&T will allow Loon to do so at scale.

“Under the partnership, we have successfully integrated the Loon system with AT&T’s network,” he wrote, “this is a big deal because this network integration will extend to AT&T’s partners around the world, meaning Loon will be able to provide service to a third-party mobile operator, assuming they have a standard international roaming relationship with AT&T.”

Clinton, DNC Lawyers ‘Enlisted Foreign Interference’ In U.S. Election, Not Trump

If you look over the past three years of Democratic statements regarding Russia’s interference in the U.S. election you would think the Trump administration and Republicans had direct access to the Kremlin. It was all lies but the reality is stranger than fiction. It was Democrats and those who supported them that enlisted foreign interference to target the Trump campaign. They enlisted and paid a former British spy, who testified he paid former Russians for the information – now known lies – on President Donald Trump and his campaign.

It was a web of deceit that gathers more and more evidence, more and more players, as Congress, the Department of Justice, Inspector General and journalists pull at its threads.

In fact, it was Democratic lawmakers, the Hillary Clinton campaign, the Democratic National Committee and their lawyers that actually enlisted foreign interference in the 2016 U.S. election against President Donald Trump and the American people.

The evidence is revealed in the back and forth question and answers directed by Congressional members at the lawyers hired by the DNC and the Hillary Clinton Campaign. One of the most interesting and revealing testimonies is that given by DNC lawyer Marc C. Elias, with Perkins Coie law firm, who played a central role in hiring the research firm Fusion GPS and former British spy Christopher Steele to investigate President Donald Trump’s campaigns alleged Russia ties at the behest of the DNC and HRC campaign.

Elias’ law firm appears to be intricately woven into many facets of the FBI’s Russia probe. First, not only did Elias’ firm represent Clinton’s campaign and the DNC, but it also represented Crowdstrike, the private company hired by the DNC to investigate the alleged hacking by Russia into the DNC server. Moreover, it is Elias again, who intervened in the case of Trump’s long time friend and advisor Roger Stone. Elias recently challenged Stone in court and stopped Stone’s lawyers from obtaining a copy of Crowdstrike’s report on its investigation into the hacking of the DNC servers.

Moreover, in the newly declassified transcripts Elias reveals the money his law firm paid on behalf of the DNC and Hillary Clinton campaign to Fusion GPS was going to Steele. Steele’s dossier has now been debunked but “he is a foreign spy who was paid to investigate a presidential candidate and used Russian disinformation to divide the nation,” stated a former U.S. Intelligence official, directly familiar with Steele. “The only real foreign interference in the election was paid for by Clinton and the DNC.”

David Schoen, who now represents Stone but has been outspoken on FBI probe into Trump, told SaraACarter.com said that Elias role and that of his law firm in the Russia investigation must be investigated. In fact, Elias sought approval from Mook to pay Fusion GPS $60,000 per month from HRC and DNC through Perkins Coie. And then Fusion GPS testified it paid Steele $168,000 for his work, which was known to Elias.

Roscosmos Confirms Signing Contract for NASA Astronaut's Flight to International Space Station

Russian State Space Corporation Roscosmos confirmed the signing of a contract with NASA for the flight of an astronaut onboard Russia's Soyuz spacecraft to the International Space Station (ISS) and back, but did not disclose the contract's worth.

"Today, a contract was signed for the transportation of one American astronaut to the ISS on the Russian manned spacecraft Soyuz MS in the fall of 2020. We do not disclose the amount of the contract, as this is a commercial secret," Roscosmos said.

Earlier, NASA spokeswoman Stephanie Schierholz stated that the United States would pay Russia over $90 million for the astronaut's flight.

According to NASA, the deal with Roscosmos will ensure continuous US presence on the $100 billion lab complex in case of additional delays in getting new US crew capsules ready for operational missions.

On 5 May, NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine said that the United States wants to maintain its space partnership with Russia, but will seek a "balanced" relationship.

Australia: The government bought 1.5 million antibody tests. They can't be used

Official scientific advice given to the federal government says that the 1.5 million COVID-19 fingerprick antibody tests it bought are not accurate enough to be of any use.

The federal government initially said the tests, which were supposed to be able to quickly tell if someone had recovered from COVID-19, would arrive in the country in late March and be rapidly rolled out to GP clinics.

Last Thursday, Health Minister Greg Hunt said they were still being tested. His office did not reply to detailed questions before deadline.

A report, commissioned by Mr Hunt and presented to the government on April 30 by Chief Scientist Dr Alan Finkel, said neither fingerprick nor laboratory antibody tests were accurate enough to be used in Australia.

"Neither type of serological test is currently ready for widespread deployment," the report read.

Produced by the Rapid Research Information Forum – the scientific strike force set up to help the federal government navigate the COVID-19 crisis – the advice raises serious questions about the decision to buy the tests.

The tests are similar to a pregnancy test. A drop of blood is placed in the device which after about 10 minutes displays a black bar if the patient has antibodies.

The federal government did not reveal which companies it bought the tests from.

The British government is looking for a $20 million refund from two companies who sell antibody tests approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration after their tests were found to be useless.

"The reality is, at the moment, they are not useful," said Professor Carola Vinuesa, one of the authors of the government report and co-director of the NHMRC Centre for Personalised Immunology at the Australian National University.

"At the moment, the quality does not seem to be good enough for these tests to be deployed in large scale."

PORTLAND — A Gresham, Oregon man has been charged with illegally purchasing, importing, and offering for sale chloroquine, the active pharmaceutical ingredient in prescription drugs used to treat malaria.

Matthew Owens, 42, has been charged by criminal complaint with smuggling and the receipt in interstate commerce of misbranded drugs and the delivery thereof for pay.

“It’s unconscionable that individuals would prioritize their own greed over the health of others, particularly during a public health crisis,” said acting SAC Roberts. “Illicit distribution of narcotics put unsuspecting consumers at serious risk. HSI, and our law enforcement partners, will continue to seek and bring to justice anyone who attempts to use the current health emergency to exploit others.”

“Together, Americans are facing a public health emergency without precedent in our lifetimes. We are heartened by the countless examples of public service by front-line health workers, law enforcement, and ordinary Americans alike. These heroic acts of service inspire us all,” said U.S. Attorney Williams. “And yet, there are some individuals actively trying to profit off the pandemic, and, in the process, putting more lives as risk. We will not let these selfish and dangerous criminal acts continue unchecked.”

“Drugs that are produced and distributed outside the FDA’s oversight present the prospect of harm to the public health. The FDA’s drug approval process is designed to ensure that patients receive safe and effective drugs,” said Special Agent in Charge Lisa L. Malinowski, FDA Office of Criminal Investigations (FDA-OCI) Los Angeles Field Office. “The FDA will not tolerate those who attempt to place the public health at risk, especially during a pandemic and we will take appropriate action to protect consumers from bad actors who take advantage of a crisis to deceive the public.”

According to court documents, on April 13, HSI contacted FDA-OCI after a package containing 122.8 grams of a white powder was intercepted at a FedEx facility in Memphis, Tennessee. The package originated in Xiaoshan, China, and was addressed to Owens’ Gresham apartment. The enclosed substance was declared as ammonium polyphosphate but was later determined to be chloroquine. An invoice included with the substance described it as a “sample” having “no commercial value,” statements commonly used by persons improperly importing items and attempting to avoid detection.

Obama CIA Chief John Brennan Under Fire for the Creation of Bogus January 2017 Intel Report Claiming Russia Wanted Trump to Win 2016 Election

In January 2017, the US Intelligence community released a report, at former President Barack Obama’s request a couple weeks prior, to determine Russia’s influence into the 2016 election. A bogus report was created and it is reportedly under review curently by John Durham, the US Attorney selected by AG Barr to look into government actions surrounding the 2016 election and the Trump-Russia collusion lie.

John Brennan and the Obama Intel communities released a report on January 6, 2017, per the request of former President Barack Obama a couple weeks prior, to perform a study on Russian influence in the 2016 Presidential election. The report drafted at light speed, was produced in only a couple of weeks and it stated in its summary, in part:

We assess Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered an influence campaign in 2016 aimed at the US presidential election. Russia’s goals were to undermine public faith in the US democratic process, denigrate Secretary Clinton, and harm her electability and potential presidency. We further assess Putin and the Russian Government developed a clear preference for President-elect Trump. We have high confidence in these judgments.

We also assess Putin and the Russian Government aspired to help President-elect Trump’s election chances when possible by discrediting Secretary Clinton and publicly contrasting her unfavorably to him. All three agencies agree with this judgment. CIA and FBI have high confidence in this judgment; NSA has moderate confidence.

But by February 2017 the Intel report was already being torn apart as even the fake news New York Times reported that the number of Intel agencies to sign off on the report was actually 4, not 17:

A few months later, the Republican run US Senate released a bogus report confirming the assessments of the January 2017 Intel report. Then a few months ago, in April 2020, the Republican led US Senate provided more cover for the bogus report from the Intel community from nearly four years prior and released a report that they agreed with the findings of the report that the 17 agencies produced long ago. The fake news New York Times reported:

For years, President Trump has derided the assessment by American intelligence officials that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election to assist his candidacy, dismissing it without evidence as the work of a “deep state” out to undermine his victory.

But on Tuesday, a long-awaited Senate review led by members of Mr. Trump’s own party effectively undercut those allegations. A three-year review by the Republican-led Senate Intelligence Committee unanimously found that the intelligence community assessment, pinning blame on Russia and outlining its goals to undercut American democracy, was fundamentally sound and untainted by politics.

“The I.C.A. reflects strong tradecraft, sound analytical reasoning and proper justification of disagreement in the one analytical line where it occurred,” said Senator Richard M. Burr, Republican of North Carolina and the panel’s chairman. “The committee found no reason to dispute the intelligence community’s conclusions.”

Of course the entire report is bogus as we reported previously. The entire report is based on bogus charges against a Russian company that were dropped months ago.

Let’s hope the rumors are true and lying John Brennan is brought to justice for the many lies and the massive destruction he forced America to endure during his Obama years and since.
