Another theory is that Hussein believes that the Globalist legal framework for the NWO, gives them the right to OVERRULE the prosecutors in a legal case, as well as the defense. That the Globalists have the right to intervene in any legal case and prevail with their NWO point of view. And there are still Globalist judges sitting on the bench in the USA who will enforce the NWO Rule Of Law over the Constitutional Rule Of Law of the USA.
