"(CNSNews.com) - "What did you know about those moves to investigate Michael Flynn, and was there anything improper done?" ABC's George Stephanopoulos asked former Vice President Biden on Tuesday's "Good Morning America."

"I know nothing about those moves to investigate Michael Flynn, number one," former Vice President Joe Biden responded:

Number two, this is all about diversion. This is a game this guy (President Trump) plays all the time.

The country is in crisis. We're in an economic crisis, a health crisis, we're in real trouble. He should stop trying to always divert attention from the real concerns of the American people. The American people are worried, with good reason. He has acted irresponsibly from the very beginning. He continues to act irresponsibly. He hasn't done his job.

This is all about diverting attention. Diverting attention from the horrible way in which he has acted with what – we don't have coronavirus because of him. But we have the devastating impact of it because of his lack of a policy. His lack of action. It's all about diversion.

So said Biden, as he tried to divert attention away from the apparent failures of the U.S. justice system in Gen. Michael Flynn's case. The Trump Justice Department, believing the FBI was out to get Flynn, has now filed a motion to dismiss the charges against him."

'A veritable war': Rush Limbaugh says Democratic states

will 'wreck' economies to prevent Trump win

"Rush Limbaugh thinks Democrats will do their best to keep the country’s local economies closed as long as possible in an effort to defeat President Trump in November.

The syndicated radio host said on his show Tuesday that Democratic lawmakers will rely on Republicans to get economies up and running following statewide lockdown orders.

“All these blue state governors that want to keep their states locked down, it’s purely political. But what are they depending on? They’re depending on the red states — the red states that are opening up!" he said.

"The red states are gonna get the economy kickstarted. The red states are gonna create capital and money to transfer to pay these people their stupid welfare costs (and whatever else they’re using to bleed this country dry), while their population sits home, doesn’t work, waits for the federal check to show up — and they sit around, and they trash the supposedly reckless red states. I cannot tell you how this irritates me,” he continued."
