noticed them doing the land scope a few months ago and waited to see if it was just refueling/training but some of these locations are visited many times.
Too many times to be just training-although some of it is for sure.
You are correct on the SOP's-can do it anywhere.
Another example is the ones from Whidbey all the way down to off SoCal.
Long way for just training and some is but not all of it.
