YUGE SIGH OF RELIEF FROM THIS ANON!
==Judge Sullivan violated Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure Rule 11(b)(3) when he accepted a guilty plea from Michael Flynn. The judge admits in court, TWICE, that he had not yet met the requirements!
Under Rule 11, before Judge Sullivan could “enter judgment” on Gen. Flynn, he needed to determine that there was a factual basis — as to EACH element of the charged offense.
The judge admitted, twice, that he, the judge, never learned the factual basis!
That is HUGE.
If this swamp judge wants to be a part of continuing to smear an innocent 3 star General in the public eye based on lies, then this judge's name will be righteously smeared based on truth!
