I followed Tiongong1 in real time via space apps, websites, Harvard astro guys. you name it. Short of a frigging space station that I was on following it with a telescope… It went down in the "space graveyard" Roughly where the Chinese called it. everyone else had the thing landing between Michigan and Brazil. granted the Chinese could have had sensors on geo sats or something… unless there is something I don't know. we failed at predicting and or deflecting the thing. I'll give the Chinks their due on that one.
