if u try and enter rhode island on interstate 95 without ri plate they have have a checkpoint at rest area. u can pass by but signs say required.

they have national guard at chkpoint with humvees. U CAN BYPASS BUT THIS AGAINST LAW. INTERSTATE TRAVEL CANNOT BE EXCROUCHED
