LACK OF OVERSIGHT
Humans are too often unable to resist temptation and are greedy.
We MUST have inspector generals and auditors at every level.
I would like to see those positions become more prestigious and respected than heart surgeons. The process to acquire one of those positions must be difficult and comprehensive down to full DNA profiles, full ultra-high classification level thorough, and with a psychological profile performed.
We have to find a way to weed out sociopaths.
