Dangerous move by Sullivan here. If a good guy has the goods on him and it drops it, it blows up the civilian court system. If the good guys, say, can pin both Sullivan and Berman for colluding with the Obama crew, it's over. They're at the "Steiner Attack" stage with this risky maneuver.
