Sullivan likely means perjury for entering a guilty plea when he did not believe he was guilty…
of course, this just highlights the defense that he was coerced to enter that plea by corrupt prosecutors in collusion with his former corrupt defense counsel. if I were his counsel I would seek additional discovery - the discovery that Sullivan put on hold. then, they can argue abuse of discretion in denying that discovery when and if Sullivan finds him guilty of perjury.
i'm not shocked that a federal judge is this corrupt, but I am surprised he would be this blatantly corrupt in such a public spotlight. must be panic and must be highly compromised
