wuzup anons, wtf at the entrance to ri on the interstate, they have a highway digital sign stating u must pull into rest area if your plate is not ri. as in out of state. basically they have national guard with humvees. i did see one trooper pulled over on side just beyond exit. doesnt look to me like being enforced but pretty fucking gay.
