I think the insurance policy Q has referred to is the Law firm that represented Gen Flynn. They also filed the paperwork incorrectly for foreign agent(?) with Turkey.
The Law firm would make sure their previous unmaskings would never be "discovered" in a lawsuit or in reality. The Firm was Deep State too.
The single reason I don't think Pence is the insurance policy is because all these years of strategic planning to get our country back and we lose because POTUS could have a heart attack and die? Why for something you can't protect him from?
I see many reasons for your thinking he is the insurance policy like many VPs before in history: JFK/Johnson, Reagan/GHWBush; Phil Haney; text messages with Lisa Page; envelope at GHWB Funeral; passing notes; lying about Flynn, etc…………..unless…………if POTUS did have a medical emergency that caused death……..a military coup would take place which may have been the backup plan from the beginning! Maybe Pence is the insurance policy after all!!!!
