Coronavirus cocktails: Pa. Senate says yes on to-go mixed drinks, bill moves to Gov. Wolf
"To-go cocktails are one step closer to becoming a reality in Pennsylvania. On Wednesday, May 13 the state Senate voted unanimously (48-0) in favor of an amendment HB 327, that would allow for the sale of mixed drinks to-go during Gov. Wolf's coronavirus emergency order.
Last month, the state House of Representatives voted overwhelmingly in favor of the amendment. The bill will now wait for Gov. Wolf's signature.
When asked if the governor will sign the bill, press secretary Lyndsay Kensinger said Wolf was still reviewing it.
