QUESTION: If we catch anyone putting something into a vaccine that is not directly related to the purpose of a vaccine, which is to develop immunity against a disease, do those vaccines, still fall under the culpability exemptions of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) of 1986 (42 U.S.C. §§ 300aa-1 to 300aa-34)?

In other words, can we sue their asses if someone gets hurt from vaccines with tags or infertility substances in them?

Can we sue them if they produce and distribute such?

Apparently, they've been quite willing to use vaccines for other agendas that are beyond immunity.
