Can someone explain the D5? I remember the D5-E4-und so weiter but i cant remember what it means, seen the D5 been thrown around on the may 4th letter but i cant understand it.

Also, do i get this right, only reason to unmask Flynn is if he has been guilty of a crime when speaking to the foreign entity, so if you unmask and dont charge him then it wasnt a legal unmask? Thats why its certain that unmasking was for political reasons and not due to national security, especially when you factor in the 28-29th dec call and unmasking as soon as 30th nov. Correct?
