J. Scott Moretti, retire Dept of State Deputy Assistant Secretary for training for the Diplomatic Security Service, arrested in Manassas VA and charged with indecent liberties with a minor and forcible sodomy. The Virginia State Police arrested him Tuesday, and he was ordered held without bond.
