Does anyone else find it strange that every country has had a different strategy for the virus? You would think that at least some countries would have identical practices due to health organization and cross culture influence, as well as previously worked practices from countries with earlier documented outbreaks.
But one country has this test, another has herd immunity, one has a tracking app, another has nothing at all.
It feels like those Vault-Tec experiments.
