I've been amazed at how clueless the insurgency has been as it is evident in their plainly predictable steps. The recent realization, if she is telling the full truth (doubtful), comes far too late for a counter-system of behavior to be created. Given what I've learned here they can't possibly adapt to the circumstances they face from the counterinsurgency.
