How can states ensure voter addresses are up to date for all inclusive mail in voting?

Are all deaths cleared from rolls?

2.5-2.8 million die per year in US. If half were registered voters, 1.2-1.4 names need to corrected.

Are all moves whether instate or out of state accounted for and updated?

Stats vary but roghly 45 million people or 19 million housolds move each year. If 50% of housolds are registered voters, that is 9.5 million names that need updated on voter rolls.

Does everybody immediately change their license details? Do all people notify their prior conty of a move? What about people leaving graduating college or leaving the military, do all of those who are registered update prior conty election offices of a move?

States can NOT say they have accurate address rolls for mail-in voting.
