And on 1/29/20 he admitted to perjury, explained how he was pressured & tricked into committing perjury and demanded the right to prove he was innocent of the crime of lying to the FBI!
And he did so!

So we have it by General Flynn's own hand & testimony. He confessed that his guilty plea was perjury! And he explained what forced him to commit that crime!
Now the judge has appointed an Amicus to determine if his reasons for pleading guilty were sufficient to justify it!
Judge Sullivan has no choice but to clear General Flynn of the crime of perjury before he vacates this case!
He can't just dismiss the case while General Flynn has admitted to perjury in his initial guilty plea.
Or the General is not exonerated of a crime he confessed to!

Which is why Judge Sullivan must conclude

plead guilty & committed perjury due to the misconduct of others. It is the only way to exonerate him! His perjury was not voluntary but the advice of bad lawyers!

Either there is perjury or General Flynn is guilty of lying to the FBI. Are you saying that his guilty plea is the truth?
Now the judge will rule that his crime was justified by the extenuating circumstance.
