I wouldn’t infer too much from merchandise. No one managing merchandising efforts will know deep intentions. Now is not the time to reveal a change to the ticket, if one is intended; but not putting out campaign merch at this point almost signals something up.
I think Pence will be on the ticket, but legitimate inferences could be drawn either way from the merchandise platform.
