Senate Judiciary Committee to Hold Hearings on Spygate, Flynn Unmasking, Mueller’s Appointment as Special Counsel

The Senate Judiciary Committee will hold hearings on Spygate and issues related to unmasking requests made by Obama officials against General Mike Flynn.

“The Judiciary Committee will begin holding multiple, in-depth congressional hearings regarding all things related to Crossfire Hurricane starting in early June,” Lindsey Graham, the chairman of the Judiciary committee, said in a statement Thursday.

“Our first phase will deal with the government’s decision to dismiss the Flynn case as well as an in-depth analysis of the unmasking requests made by Obama Administration officials against General Flynn. We must determine if these requests were legitimate,” Graham said.

“Our next area of inquiry, later this summer, will be oversight building upon the Horowitz report about FISA abuses against Carter Page. My goal is to find out why and how the system got so off the rails,” he added.

Senator Graham also said his committee will explore whether Robert Mueller should have ever been appointed as Special Counsel.

“Finally, we will look at whether Robert Mueller should have ever been appointed as Special Counsel. Was there legitimate reason to conclude the Trump campaign had colluded with the Russians?”

US Attorney General Bill Barr told Fox News host Laura Ingraham last month there was ‘no basis’ for the FBI’s ‘Crossfire Hurricane’ investigation into then-candidate Donald Trump.

Recall, FBI counter-intel chief Peter Strzok opened a CI investigation into Trump’s campaign in July of 2016 dubbed ‘Crossfire Hurricane,’ based on bogus claims his camp was working with the Russians.

Barr said what happened to Trump was one of the greatest travesties in American history.

The Justice Department dropped its case against General Mike Flynn last Thursday after bombshell documents released proved he was framed by Comey’s FBI.

Former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper appeared on CNN to discuss the unmasking requests made against General Mike Flynn.

CBS News reporter Catherine Herridge on Wednesday obtained the list of Obama operatives who unmasked General Flynn and released it to the public.

Names included former VP Joe Biden, former CIA Director John Brennan, Samantha Power, former DNI chief James Clapper, former FBI Director James Comey and others.

The bigger part of the unmasking scandal is the felony leak of Flynn’s classified transcripts to the Washington Post.

We know a “senior US government official” committed a felony by leaking General Mike Flynn’s calls to WaPo.

Clapper’s video connection went dead after CNN asked him about the illegal Flynn leak to the media.

Once Clapper came back, he was asked whether he leaked Flynn’s call to the media.

Clapper looked spooked and denied he leaked Flynn’s call.

It was previously believed someone, perhaps the Pentagon’s Director of the Office of Net Assessment James Baker may have leaked Flynn’s calls with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak to WaPo reporter David Ignatius.

Flynn’s leaked calls were published by WaPo’s David Ignatius on January 12, 2017 which led to Flynn being fired as National Security Advisor in February of 2017.

However, the leak came directly from “sources [who] saw a transcript and described it to [Entous].”

Clapper denies being the leaker, but this wouldn’t be the first time he lied!

CBP Officers at World Trade Bridge Seize Meth Worth Over $11.1 Million

AREDO, Texas – U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Field Operations (OFO) officers at the World Trade Bridge intercepted a shipment containing hard narcotics with an estimated street value of more than $11.1 million in one enforcement action.

“Even though anti-terrorism is our primary mission, CBP officers maintain their vigilance to ensure commercial entries are safe and free of contraband,” said Port Director Gregory Alvarez, Laredo Port of Entry.

The seizure occurred on Tuesday, May 12, when officers assigned to the cargo facility encountered a tractor trailer hauling a shipment of plastic floor panels arriving from Mexico. The 2005 Freightliner was referred for a canine and non-intrusive imaging system inspection, resulting in the discovery of approximately 557 pounds of alleged methamphetamine concealed within the shipment.

The narcotics have an estimated street value of $11,145,575.

CBP seized the narcotics. The case was turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement-Homeland Security Investigations (ICE-HSI) special agents for further investigation.

Judge Sullivan Directs General Flynn’s Fired Lawyers to Reappear in His Case

General Mike Flynn’s fired lawyers at COVINGTON & BURLING filed court papers on Thursday to reappear in Flynn’s case.

Federal Judge Emmet Sullivan ordered Flynn’s former legal team to reappear as an interested party and they complied by filing a notice of appearance.

The federal judge overseeing Michael Flynn’s criminal prosecution has directed the legal team that Flynn fired to reappear as an interested party in the controversial proceeding. On Thursday, that former legal team complied by filing a notice of appearance.

U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan of the District of Columbia on Thursday ordered the clerk of the court to “add Covington & Burling LLP (‘Covington’) as an interested party in this matter and directed counsel for Covington to file a notice of appearance on behalf of Covington as an interested party.”

On April 25, 2020, The Gateway Pundit reported on former Obama Attorney General Eric Holder’s role at Covington and Burling as his law firm was representing General Michael Flynn from corrupt deep state operatives.

Covington had numerous conflicts of interest related to their biggest case ever, representing General Michael Flynn in his unjust indictment by the Mueller gang. Flynn’s attorneys at the firm withheld evidence from their client. They asked for dirt on President Trump. They hired individuals that were involved in the criminal Spygate scandal.

After spending millions of dollars in legal fees, and after untold negative stories in the fake news media, General Flynn obtained new lawyers.

Flynn’s new lead counsel Sidney Powell fought to get her hands on the thousands of documents Covington & Burling were hiding from Flynn and the Court.

The hidden Brady material was finally released and General Flynn’s case was dropped by the DOJ after handwritten notes revealed the FBI framed Flynn.

In addition to this madness, Judge Sullivan appointed retired Clinton appointee judge John Gleeson to argue against the government’s motion to dismiss the charge against Flynn!

Sullivan also asked the retired judge to look at whether Flynn could be held in criminal contempt for perjury.

Now Covington & Burling are reappearing in Flynn’s case on Sullivan’s order!
