All the backchannels are important talk. Timing posts, are they because the New World Order is already operating a Shadow Government that spies on everyone? Are they using Quantum A.I. programs to alert of key individuals and key subjects, while also recording everything for future reference needs? Are they using the FVEYS to skirt laws and detection audits? Is this why Obama and Kerry followed POTUS and Pompeo around the world meetings, to collect data collection of this spying apparatus without being detected by NSA and MI counter programs? Is this also the reason this is taking do long, because online comms are suspected compromised and possibly exposed by inside leaks? The repercussions of friendly countries spying on each other could displace world military and diplomatic balance?

Is this a good chunk of why the timelines have taken so long?
