I thought of this when i heard about Republican Mike Garcia winning in California.

What of they let it go normal, no cheating, let him win. So that they could get people in other states to go along with the mail in ballots. Cali did open a few polling places, but in Dem parts of the district.

Make it look like republicans can still win fairly with mail in ballots, so it will be adopted across the entire US/

Sacrifice one seat( which they can afford) in order to gain an advantage , to be able to cheat and stop Trump in Nov.
